AKAI Launches Trio of 4K Smart LED TVs in India Starting at Rs. 59,990

Japanse consumer electronics brand, Akai has launched a trio 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TVs in India just in time for the festive season. Akai’s new 4K smart TVs will be available in65-inch, 55-inchand49-inch modelsand come with a ton of smart features to complement the excellent audio-visual experience provided by the device.

Akai’s Ultra HD smart LED TVs come equipped with an A+ grade panel which is capable of reproducing a gamut of 1.07 billion colors and is claimed to provide a superior brightness, excellent contrast and high clarity for an unmatched viewing experience.

Under the hood, the Akai TVs feature1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage,while on the software side, a smart TV interface runs the show with a host of interactive features in tow.

The TVs also come preloaded with the‘Akai Store’, the company’s in-house entertainment hub which provides access to a bundle of apps and entertainment content in a single place. Talking about features, one can surf the web, stream content from video-on-demand services, access social media websites, play games and do a lot more.

Aside from packing a high-resolution display for crystal clear visuals, the Akai Ultra HD smart LED TVs also feature Dolby Audio technology for better audio output to provide a fulfilling multimedia experience.

“With this launch, we now have all the models starting from 24-inch to 65-inch and further planning to expand our offering further in the Indian market and provide a seamless experience of the entire product range”, Akai India’s Director, Anurag Sharma, said regarding the launch.

As for the pricing structure of Akai’s Ultra HD Smart LED TVs, the 65-inch model is priced at Rs. 1,24,990, the 55-inch variant will set you back by Rs. 69,990 and the smallest 49-inch version carries a price tag of Rs. 59,990. Akai’s line-up of 4K TVs will go on sale ahead of the upcoming festive season, but details regarding their market availability are yet to be revealed.
