Galaxy Note 10’s Live Focus Videos are Actually Pretty Good

Earlier this month, Samsunglaunched the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+at its ‘Galaxy Unpacked’ event in New York, and the new phones come with someinteresting new features, including the Live Focus Videos that allow users to record videos with bokeh effects.

We have the Note 10 and Note 10+ units here at work and we’ve been playing around with them a fair bit, so yeah, we checked out the Live Focus mode on the phones and I’m glad to inform you, it works pretty great and looks rather cool.

Here’s a video sample we recorded at the Beebom office and as you can see the Live Focus mode works pretty well in videos, which is great.

While we used the basic bokeh blur in this sample video, there are a fair bit of Live Focus effects you can choose from including an interesting glitch effect that looks cool too, as you can see in this video that was shot from the front camera on the Note 10 in the Live Focus video mode:

So yeah, the Galaxy Note 10 and the Note 10+ have a solid Live Focus video mode that can let you shoot some interesting videos from the phones, but what do you think about this mode? Let us know in the comments down below.
