iPhone XR Is Now Available to Pre-order on Paytm Mall

With all the phones that have launched in the last few weeks, we’d forgive you if you forgot that Apple launched the iPhone XR alongside theiPhone XSback in September. The phone, which in many ways, is the ‘affordable’ iPhone this year can now finally be pre-ordered in India via Paytm Mall.

The website has opened up the iPhone XR pre-orders today and you can head over to pre-order the iPhone XR in your choice of storage and color option (of which there are a lot). While the phone isscheduled to go on sale from October 26, as of tyhis writing, Paytm Mall is showing an average delivery date somewhere in the first few days of November.

The iPhone XR ispriced starting at Rs. 76,900and for that price you get what is basically an iPhone 8 with an iPhone X-like front (complete with the notch and Face ID). The phone is available in six quirky colors including Red, Orange, White, Black, Yellow, and Blue. It also comes with basically the same hardware as its more expensive brethren – the iPhone XS and XS Max. There’s anA12 Bionic chipset, wireless charging, Face ID, Portrait Modeon both the front and the back. There’s only a single rear camera but it’s the same as the primary camera on the iPhone XS. Also, instead of 4GB RAM that you’d get in the iPhone XS, the iPhone XR comes with3GB RAM and in storage variants of 64GB, 128GB. and 256GB.

Also, if you pre-order on Paytm Mall, you’ll get acashback of Rs. 7000, bringing the price of the phone down to Rs. 69,900 which, while still on the expensive side of things, is definitely a better price.
