Meizu M16th Flagship, M6T and C9 Launched in India Starting at Rs. 5,999
Afterteasingthe arrival of the Meizu 16th flagship in India, the Chinese company has today launched a trio of smartphones which include theMeizu16th, theM6Tand theC9. The Meizu 16th has been priced atRs. 39,999, while the M6T and the entry-level C9 carry a price tag ofRs. 7,999andRs. 5,999respectively.
The Meizu C9 will be available exclusively from Amazon starting today at 4:00 PM for anintroductory price of Rs. 4,999,an offer that will be live for the next 10 days. However, details about the Meizu 16th and the M6T’s market availability are yet to be revealed.
Meizu 16th
The Meizu 16th is a flagship which takes on the likes of theOnePlus 6Tand theAsus ZenFone 5Z. The device sports a6-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED displayand features a12MP (f/1.8)+20MP (f/2.6) dual rear-camera setupwith OIS, 3x lossless zoom and has a laser auto-focus module surrounded by the 6-LED ring flash. There’s a 20MP (f/2.0) selfie camera on board with AI face unlock, ArcSoft beauty algorithm for the adaptive beauty technology and Face AE features.
The Meizu 16th features a second-genin-display optical fingerprint sensorand is powered by theSnapdragon 845 SoC, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The flagship device comes equipped with a 3,010mAh battery and will be available in Midnight Black and Moonlight White color options.
Meizu M6T
The M6T is a budget mid-range smartphone which packs a5.7-inch HD+ displayand is powered by an octa-coreMediaTek MT6750 chipset, coupled with 2GB/3GB/4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB.
In the imaging department, the M6T features a dual rear-camera setup with a 13MP (f/2.2) primary and a 2MP (f/2.8) depth sensor, paired with an 8MP (f/2.0) selfie camera. The device packs a 3,300mAh battery and comes in Gold, Black, Red, and Blue color options.
Meizu C9
The Meizu C9 is the company’s entry-level offering that will challenge the likes of theRedmi 6Aand theRealme C1. The Meizu C9 features a5.45-inch HD+ displayand is powered by aUnisoc SC9832E SoCpaired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB.
The device features a 13MP (f/2.2) rear camera and an 8MP (f/2.2) front camera which also facilitates Face Unlock. The Meizu C9 has a3,000mAh batteryand comes in Blue and Black color options with a textured rear panel.
